- All items are carefully packaged and shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS) within 1-2 Business Days of receiving your cleared payment. We ship Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). Canadian and International Buyers are responsible for any Custom Duty/VAT Tax imposed by your Country for importing Purchased Goods.

- All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) or the package will be refused. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition it was received within 14 days of the original date of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. All Shipping and Handling Fees (including the Return Shipping Fees) are non refundable. Please do not return any item(s) without authorization (see further below) or your item(s) will be refused.
- Full refunds (including shipping costs) are only given if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button and following the return instructions. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within 72 hours of us receiving your return. You may also contact us by email or telephone to process your return.
